How to Redeem Your Voucher

Log into your account.

Click the yellow 'Alex Rewards' button in the bottom left of your screen.

Go to Rewards in your dashboard.

Select the voucher you want to redeem.

A discount code will be generated instantly.

Copy the code and paste it into the promo box at checkout.

How do I join Alex Direct Rewards?

Simply create an account on Alex Direct. As soon as you register, you’re automatically enrolled and start earning points.

What can I use my points for?

Points can be exchanged for money-off vouchers once you reach a points milestone. For example, 100 points earns you a £5 voucher.

How do I redeem a reward voucher?

Access your account dashboard using the yellow 'Alex Rewards' button in the bottom left corner of your screen. Open the Rewards section. Choose your voucher and your discount code will appear instantly.

What do pending points mean?

Pending points are points waiting to be confirmed. They typically remain pending for a short period to allow for returns or cancellations. Points are only credited once your order has been delivered/completed.

Can I cancel a voucher if I redeemed it by mistake?

Yes. If a voucher is redeemed but not used, please contact us at customercare@alexdirect.co.uk to request the cancellation and we can credit the points back to your account within 24hours.

Where can I see my points balance?

Log into your rewards page and your current points balance will appear in your dashboard.

Do my points expire?

Points do not currently expire, but if your account remains inactive for 12 months, they may be removed.

Do I earn points on every item?

Yes, on all qualifying products. Points are earned on the product subtotal before VAT, delivery and discounts.

What if I return or cancel an order?

If you return or cancel an order, the points earned from that order will be removed from your points balance once the return is processed.

Can I use more than one voucher per order?

No. Only one voucher code can be used per order.

What should I do if my points balance looks incorrect?

Terms & Conditions

Members earn 1 point for every £1 spent on product subtotal (excluding VAT, discounts and delivery).
Minimum spend applies to each reward voucher.
Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
Points for returned or cancelled orders will be deducted.
Points may be removed after 12 months of account inactivity.
Alex Direct may amend, suspend or withdraw the Rewards program at any time.
