Still available in bright neon orange or yellow, and cross body banding of reflective tape, it gives you 360 visibility on overcast days, dark mornings and evenings, but without impacting your ability to work.

We stock a range of waterproof unisex and womens hi vis jackets. Many of our lightweight softshell hi vis jackets are water resistant, meaning light rain will bead on their surface rather than leave you damp but for heavier downpours we have waterproof coats and jackets with a PU coating.
There is no catchall ‘best women’s hi vis jacket’ because it really does depend on your working conditions. On cold days, a hi vis parka jacket or overhead bomber jacket will keep you warm and dry, but on brighter days where there may be a chill in the wind, a women’s softshell hi vis jacket won’t leave you overheating but will protect you from the wind. If you need hi vis protection all day, an overhead jacket is comfortable and secure, but it’s obviously a bad choice if you need to remove your jacket regularly. A zip up jacket is more practical as you can take it off more easily - though you could also consider a simple women’s hi vis vest if you want something more lightweight.
